The Langtang lies about 130 km north of Kathmandu Valley close to the border with Tibet. Langtang is Nepal’s fist national park. The Langtang Valley is a beautiful alpine region to the North of Kathmandu bordering Tibet. The Langtang trek offers the greatest diversity with the least effort of Any trek in Nepal. There is a series of north- south running valleys that provide a variety of possible trekking routes. The Gosainkund and Helambu regions lie to its south; these can be combined with Langtang to make treks from 7 days to 21 days.
